JP Krishnamoorthy is ACI’s Chief Innovation & Technology Officer. In this role, he leads ACI’s Global Technology & Innovation organization, which is focused on developing and running our world-class payments software products.
Prior to joining ACI, Mr. Krishnamoorthy served as Executive Vice President of Engineering, AI, Cloud Operations, and Cybersecurity at Coupa Software (acquired by Thoma Bravo), a leader in AI-driven management solutions. At Coupa, he accelerated platform modernization and pioneered the development of Community.ai to drive transformative outcomes across the product suite.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Krishnamoorthy served as Vice President of Development at Oracle and Chief Technology Officer at Portal Software (acquired by Oracle). In these roles, he transformed Portal’s real-time billing and customer management platform into the market-leading billing and revenue management (BRM) platform for the communications industry.
He holds a master’s degree in computer science from Iowa State University and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from Anna University in Chennai, India.
