ACI Worldwide Spotlights Real-Time Payments and Open Banking at NACHA PAYMENTS 2018

ACI executives to present on payment methods and industry evolution as well as share new market research

NAPLES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr. 25, 2018-- ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ: ACIW), a leading global provider of real time electronic payment and banking solutions, today announced its participation at NACHA PAYMENTS 2018, held April 29-May 2 in San Diego, Calif. ACI will showcase the latest in real-time, digital and open banking offerings at its booth (701). Additionally, ACI experts will participate in several speaking sessions throughout the event covering topics including real-time payments, open banking and lessons learned from the maturing UK faster payments market.

Craig Ramsey, head of real-time payments, will join the faster payments center stage session titled: “Understand the Differences,” from 2:25 – 3:40 p.m. Monday, Apr. 30.

In this session, attendees will hear from experts representing leading solution providers that have developed next-generation offerings changing the face of payments and driving the industry forward.

Marc Sczesnak, director, product management, will participate in a session titled: “Shake It Up: When & How to Redesign Your Payment Experiences,” from 1:15 – 2:05 p.m. Monday, Apr. 30.

During this session, attendees will receive an exclusive look at new research on how and when corporate executives plan to adopt new payment methods such as APIs. The discussion will provide attendees with tangible ideas on how to tackle the biggest problems they face with their payments experience.

Sandra Horn, senior principal product manager, will participate in a session titled: “Exploring the Chartered Territories of Real-Time Payments: What Maturing Markets Reveal,” from 4:35 – 5:25 p.m. Tuesday, May 1.

This session will highlight data from the maturing UK faster payments market, which forecasts volume and market adoption expectations in similar developed regions like the United States and Europe. The UK real-time market continues to evolve and has changed the competitive landscape as smaller institutions jump on opportunities to win new business. The session will reveal the real-time innovations that have been at the center of the UK, offering practical guidance for attendees realizing similar gains at their institutions.
