ACI Worldwide Strengthens Leadership Team with New Appointments
(New York, N.Y. – 3 September 2009) –ACI Worldwide (Nasdaq: ACIW), a leading international provider of electronic payments software and solutions, today announced two key executive appointments to help drive the company forward, maximize benefits from its industry alliances, and deliver improved solutions and services around the world.
Jonathan Elwyn has joined ACI from Accenture as vice president global alliances, and Ralph Dangelmaier has been promoted to the role of president, global markets and services. Both Jonathan and Ralph will be reporting to ACI’s chief operating officer, Ron Totaro.
Jonathan will work across the organization, with the global leadership team, to extend ACI’s framework, strategies, and programs for leveraging third parties to create more value for our customers in their mission-critical payments systems. He brings deep experience and knowledge in creating and managing alliances from his 13 years at Accenture, where he most recently managed the relationship with IBM, as well as his previous experience in sales and marketing for Zenith Data Systems and Bull HN Information Systems.
Ralph brings more than 20 years’ industry experience to this role including the last three years at ACI and the prior ten years as CEO at P&H Solutions. Most recently, he was president of the Americas for ACI, managing all aspects of the channel organization. In his new role, Ralph will be focused on creating and leveraging best practices for how we sell, implement and support our solutions for all of ACI’s 750-plus customers around the world.
